Refund policy

At Overstock Outfitters, customer satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—within the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility:

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unopened, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • All original tags and labels must be intact.

How to Request a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at overstockoutfitter@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions.

Refunds:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as undergarments, swimwear, and clearance merchandise may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
